With more than 30 years of experience in finance and senior management, PY has held leadership positions such as CFO, Controller, Regional Manager, Accountant, and Management Consultant.

His career spans both regional enterprises and multinational corporations, equipping him with deep expertise in finance, risk management, mergers & acquisitions, valuation, HR development, operations, and business strategy. PY plays a pivotal role in ensuring MSC Consulting’s financial stability and guiding its long-term growth strategies.

PY holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (B.Acc) from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Manchester Business School, University of Manchester. His academic background provides him with a strong foundation in finance, management, and strategic decision-making.

He is also a Chartered Accountant of Singapore with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and a Chartered Valuer and Appraiser with the Institute of Valuers and Appraisers, Singapore (IVAS). These professional memberships reflect his commitment to maintaining the highest standards of financial governance, valuation expertise, and ethical practice in his leadership role.
